Casa Palacio Paredes Saavedra is a recently restored 15th-century palace located steps away from Atrio's main house . Meticulously renovated by architects Emilio Tuñón and Carlos Martínez-Albornoz, the palace now functions as a luxurious 5-star hotel. It offers eleven uniquely designed rooms spread over three floors, each adorned with distinctive artworks by artists such as José Pedro Croft and Jorge Galindo.

The restoration preserves original architectural elements like vaulted ceilings and arching doorways, while integrating contemporary materials such as pale wood and polished concrete, creating an ethereal ambiance.
